Every year we ask our volunteers to send in photos of their time in Africa and we love to see the experience from their point of view.

Playing for Life, along with many other Irish aid and development agencies, has formally adopted the Dóchas Code of Conduct on Images and Messages for all our public communications. We would kindly ask all our volunteers posting photos of their time in Africa on social network sites to keep these principles in mind too.

We are committed to adhering to and promoting this code of conduct which is based on the paramount principles of:

  • Respect for the dignity of the people concerned
  • Belief in the equality of all people
  • Acceptance of the need to promote fairness, solidarity and justice

We value your thoughts and comments so please feel free to Contact Us if you have a question or query.
